Claire is a Level 3 Low Pressure Fitness Trainer, she discovered this training system in the USA in 2019 to improve her own pelvic floor dysfunction.
Based on Low Pressure Fitness, this is a body and breath training using a series of positions to improve core strength, posture and reduce waistline.
